Project description

The house is designed according to frame-half-timbered technology. The construction of the wall: a load-bearing frame made of glued wooden half-timbers, insulation - eco-wool, stitching - greenboard sheets. The exterior facade is made of larch bars of different cross-sections and fiber cement slabs. Frameless energy-efficient glazing is inserted directly into the half-timbered columns. Part of the roof is made with a grass roof. In the center of the house there is a small atrium with plants. We used a significant difference in terrain on the site and made a cantilever takeaway 4.5 meters long. The house was designed with the possibility of expansion in the future.
